Purchasing Clerk

Job Description 1. To check and ensure that all information in new Sales Orders and new Master Cards are correct and complete before issue the Work Orders. 2. To receive orders and liaise with Converter customers, including issuing Sales Orders and handling of complaints. 3. Liaising with Delivery on arrangement for urgent orders, including issuing Sales Orders and handling of complaints. 4. To monitor stock levels of finished goods and Work in Progress for JIT customers and issue Work Orders accordingly. 5. To issue Work Orders accordingly to Sales Orders. 6. Assist to do urgent order inserts into the Daily Corrugating Programme. 7. Distribute original copy of Daily Corrugating Programme and Work Orders to Corrugators Personnel. 8. Receive and check all incoming board purchases. 9. Check all MSP steps are properly floor-tracked based on Production Daily Records. 10. Do all documentation filing. 11. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
