Identifying the organization's procurement needs: The buyer must identify the organization's procurement needs and determine the goods, materials, and services required to meet those needs. They must also analyze market trends and conditions to identify potential suppliers and to ensure the organization is getting the best value for their money.
2. Sourcing and selecting suppliers: The buyer must research, evaluate, and select suppliers who can provide the goods, materials, and services required by the organization. They must evaluate suppliers' capabilities and reliability, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
3. Managing procurement processes: The buyer must manage the procurement process, from identifying needs to selecting suppliers and negotiating contracts. They must ensure that procurement processes comply with the organization's policies and procedures, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
4. Maintaining inventory levels: The buyer must monitor inventory levels and ensure that the organization has sufficient stock to meet its needs. They must also track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
5. Analyzing procurement data: The buyer must analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and to develop strategies for reducing costs and improving efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:
- Education Background: Bachelor degree or above in any related field is preferred
- Experience: At least 1 year of related working experience in purchasing
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Ability to complete tasks assigned by superior
- Need to be well verse in Chinese to communicate with China teams.**English Level**:
