**One&Only Desaru Coast** is seeking a passionate and dedicated **Manager, Finance to** join our team based in Desaru, Johor.

**A About the Job**:

- Preparation of month-end closing pertaining to prepayment and accrual and balance sheets reconciliation.
- Ensure accuracy of general ledger and sub-ledger postings and reconcile balances at month-end.
- Preparation of monthly payroll and it’s relating statutory payment.
- Supervise daily accounting operations.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare various monthly reports as required by management.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax agents.
- Any other relevant ad-hoc job requirements as delegated by management from time to time.

**A About You**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related professional qualification
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in hotel finance.
- A team player, meticulous and possess good interpersonal skills with excellent leadership qualities and strong analytical mind and strong business acumen
- Possess high degree of professionalism and integrity and leadership quality.
- Strong communications skills, independent, resourceful, and proactive individual.
- Possess Malaysian nationality, or PR status.
