**Duties**:
To handle the set-up of daily reservations and check-in and check-out guests.
To ensure guest satisfaction, anticipate and respond to requests promptly.
Responsible for the delivery of service throughout in a friendly and courteous manner.
**Requirements**:
Takes pride in being a hotelier.
Possess SPM or at least one year’s working experience in hotel.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Courteous, service oriented with pleasant personality.
Able to perform shift work.
Due to work permit restrictions, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
