**FRONT OFFICE ASSISTANT**:

- PATIENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT _

**Responsibilities
- Responsible for general duties in front office registration counters.
- Assist Front Office staff to update and manage clinic’s maintenance.
- Assist other units in the department for any general duties as assigned.
- Handle incoming calls or inquiries from customers and clients.
- Greet and explain the services available, payment categories and billing

procedures.
- Ensure the office, customer area and their personal appearance is at the higher

level of cleanliness, order and professional look.
- To support Customer Service management (CSM) team working towards improving

the customer experience and increasing customer loyalty and other ad hoc task
assigned by the management.

**Requirements
- Possess Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Proficient in oral and written skills for English and Malay. Knowledge of other

languages is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of office practices, procedures and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work in team and multitask.
- Experience with patient/ customer services environment is advantage.
