Front Office Coordinator

Responsibilities in Management / Administration
- To provide administrative assistance
- To maintain confidentially of all office records, files, facts and all other documentation kept at the office
- To maintain in good filing system in the office
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries,
- Courier
- To adhere to all rules and regulations of the management, and its standard and procedures
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Attend incoming call and greeting visitors with professional and courteous manner
- Administrative functions such as Stationery administrative, communications, coordination if mails and phone calls
- Provide administrative support (Front desk and back end support)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

**Salary**: RM1,945.06 - RM2,590.30 per month
