Purple Monkey & Pasta OHSEM are in 7 locations in Seapark PJ, Puchong, Kuchai Lama, Subang Jaya, Setapak KL, Damansara Perdana and Ampang

We are looking for a dynamic team member to assist the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet according to company standard in sales, staffing and operations.

**Assistent Outlet Manager Job Responsibilities**:

- Assist Outlet Manager in managing the daily cafe & kitchen operations, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange staff schedules, and educating all staff members on all menu & products & services.
- Perform stock check & ordering according to schedule to ensure that a par stock is maintained.
- Properly opening and closing the outlets as well as handling and taking over shifts.
- Verify and submit staff attendance in a timely manner.
- Retain and grooming staff.
- Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.

**Qualification**:

- Graduate with Diploma/Degree plus 2 years of working experience in F&B
- Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well.

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 to RM2,800 per month

**Benefits**:

- F&B managerial: 2 years (required)
