**Jewellery Stylist Supervisor**

As a **Jewellery Stylist Supervisor**, you are our on-ground ambassador to the offline Wanderlust + Co experience. You contribute to the business by maximising sales on the floor across multiple stores, in addition to providing exceptional customer service that meets the Wanderlust + Co standard, leading activities within stores and being a role model to your team members.

You will help to achieve sales goals and build long-lasting client relationships through your passion for the brand and extensive product knowledge. You are also responsible to support all back-of-house related operational tasks, ensuring business opportunities are maximized, whilst maintaining the brand’s offline experience standards.

**Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) -**

**Sales and floor management**
- Deliver a warm and pleasant experience to all customers visiting the store
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals, taking the lead in formulating on-ground sales strategies in order for team to hit targets
- Possess a strong drive for results while maintaining a positive and caring attitude at all times to both team members and customers
- Ensure the visual merchandising and overall upkeep of the store is well-maintained at all times

**Customer Service and Development**
- Offer exceptional service to all Wanderlust + Co customers in person, or over the phone and through any electronic communication
- Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage customers through product knowledge and brand story
- Able to highlight any issues and suggest appropriate solutions promptly to HQ Team so each customer’s complaint / issue is effectively and promptly solved
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and excellent customer service including problem solving and proactively handling issues raised by customers
- Strengthen customer loyalty by building relationships with all customers, especially VIP customers

**Operations**
- Execute opening and closing of the store according to guidelines
- Ability to handle all store equipment, especially POS systems
- Lead visual merchandising, merchandising and housekeeping according to store guidelines
- Manage organisation of inventory and products, ensuring all items in store (on the floor or storage areas) are stored in organised and neat conditions
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the store
- Assist in packing or wrapping customers’ merchandise
- Act as a role model to fellow team members, demonstrating sales leadership and excellent customer service, in addition to training and coaching fellow retail associates in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer services and company procedures

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience working in a fast paced retail environment
- Background with experience in jewellery or fashion experience is preferred
- Strong business acumen and learning agility
- Highly organized, strong background in operations and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Positive attitude and a team player with the ability to lead and influence peers
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Able to be independent with transport to travel between Wanderlust + Co retail locations (currently in Bangsar Village 2, Sunway Pyramid and The Exchange TRX, KL)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, Chinese is a plus

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
