- Take charge of planning and target setting for the sales team, providing clear direction and measurable goals.
- Strategise effective sales opportunities and achieve designated sales KPI.
- Develop and maintain a contact and customer database within the market segments.
- Prepare sales proposals to clients incorporating clearly defined terms and conditions.
- Recruit, monitor and maintain sales performance of contract agents.
- Must maintain an entrepreneurial spirit while making deals.
- Plan sales promotions, set sales goals and update sales projection, performance report and budgeting plans and preparing pricing policy
- Get updates of pricing and marketing strategies of main competitors through market intelligence
- Train and monitor the junior sales staff and ensure they are equipped with the sufficient sales knowledge.
- Providing an excellent and professional level of customer service with new and existing customers.
- Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements**
- Successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Freelance

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
