**The company**
Our client is a European forwarder, family-owned business with more than 500 years market presence, supported by over 7000 employees in 150 offices and network globally. They provide integrated solutions including airfreight, seafreight, land transport, warehousing, and industry solutions.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Southeast Asia and the Branch Manager, the Sales Manager will be based in Kuala Lumpur.
**The Sales Manager will be responsible to**:
- Manage a sales team
- Conduct and lead individual pipeline and sales team meeting including performance review and appraisal meetings.
- Develop new business for the company through identifying and securing new customers.
- Obtain high quality enquiries to allow for effective quotations from indoor sales team.
- Follow up from the indoor sales team on the quotations and ensure business will be gain.
- Record sales progress at all times using the company’s CRM tool.
- Attend monthly sales meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
**The requirements**
- Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Sales Manager.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Proven track record of sales.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
