Group Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for the group of products or services to achieve business objectives, market share, and revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, including marketing coordinators and specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitors' activities. Use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all products or services within the group. Maintain brand integrity and enhance brand recognition.
- Product Positioning: Define and refine the positioning of products or services in the group to meet customer needs and differentiate from competitors.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the group, allocating resources effectively to achieve the desired results.
- Performance Analytics: Use data and analytics to measure the performance of marketing initiatives. Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to marketing and achieve business goals.
- Vendor and Agency Management: Oversee relationships with external marketing vendors, agencies, dealers and freelancers as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Above 5 years of experience in marketing, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, as well as knowledge of industry trends.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to stay updated on marketing best practices and trends.
- Relevant experience in Interior Design or Software industry is preferred.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
