Refund Officer

Monitor, evaluate, investigate, and respond to disputes received by various bank
- To determine whether to accept or reject the dispute
- Prepare evidence for chargeback re-presentment to the bank
- Effectively resolve all disputes in an accurate and timely manner
- To maintain proper records for the chargeback handling
- To perform necessary checking, verification, and investigation for all dispute cases
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Finance, or a related field
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English spoken and written, able to communicate
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to start work immediately
- Fresh Grad or 1/2 years experience handling credit card chargeback disputes
- 7Having a background in Visa/Master card association chargeback handling cycle is an added advantage
