**【Job Summary】**:
Hiring Company Industry: A Japanese company that manufactures disposable hygiene products, household cleaning products
- Coordinate and manage the company director’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a primary point of contact between the company director’s and other counterparts.
- Accompany company directors on international/domestic travels, act as main translator in physical business meetings or for business documentation (Company Director can converse in Japanese).

**【Requirements】**:

- Communication skill in Japanese language is required; JLPT N2 & above
- 3-5 years of Personal Assistant/Executive secretary experience in a corporate or professional environment working.
- Possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, diligent, self-motivated with a positive working attitude.
