Japanese Speaking Secretary

**The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the Deputy GM** and the company. This includes but not limited to the following duties:
- Maintain office supplies.
- Maintain files/records and ensure document filing (soft and hard copy) is up to date, traceable and easy to retrieve.
- Document translation.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, etc.
- Verify and process employee expenses claims.
- Travel arrangements for staff and guests including transport and hotel bookings, etc.
- Implement all relevant policies, activities, government, and statutory procedures.
- Handle Employment Pass related matters.
- Perform additional duties as required by superior.
**Qualification/Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- **JLPT N2** level certificate or above.
- Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Has admin/account experience. Work experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Strong attention to detail and follow up actions.
- Demonstrate initiative, motivation, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
