**Job Title: Japanese Customer Support Representative (Airlines) - NO NIGHT SHIFT**
**Location**: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
**Work Schedule**:
- Monday to Sunday Shift from 8 am to 8 pm
- 5 days per week (9-hour shift per day with 1-hour break)
**Employment Package**:
- Competitive basic salary up to MYR 10,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and promptly resolve problems.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Japanese: Native or near-native proficiency in spoken and written Japanese.
- Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months of related experience in customer service, with prior experience in airline customer support being advantageous.
- Education: Degree or diploma holder.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities in both Japanese and English.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Professionalism: Familiarity with international business etiquette and professional conduct.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer databases, ticketing systems, and other relevant tools.
