Location: KL Sentral Malaysia

Shift: 24/7

Description / Requirements:
Native Japanese Speaker:

- Has experience in customer support or fresh grads.
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma with minimum 1 year of customer service experience, or SPM with minimum 3 years of call center customer service experience.
- Experience in travel is preferred.
- With Experience: RM8500 (Basic) + RM350 (Night Shift Allowance) + RM200 Housing Allowance + KPI 300 MYR.

Non-Native Japanese Speaker:

- Degree/Diploma holder with customer service experience and good English communication skills.
- Need to pass SVAR assessment at least B2.
- Shift between 9 AM - 9 PM (Monday - Sunday) with rotational week off.
- Support Hours: Between 9 AM to 9 PM KL Time, Monday to Sunday.
- PAY: RM 7500 + KPI Bonus.
- Joining: Preferred.
- Any nationality who can speak N1 or N2 Japanese proficiency.
