Customer Service Consultant

Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software
**Requirements**:
- Japanese Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business Japanese)
- Working knowledge of English is required to complete training and document cases.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
