Designation: Customer Service Consultant - Japanese speaker
Location: Bangsar South
Working hours: 6 am - 12 am (9 hour per shift)
Working days: 5 working days, 2 off days (rotational from Monday to Sunday)
Salary package: up to RM10,000 (total package)

**Requirements**:

- JLPT N1 or N2
- Open to any nationalities
- Fresh graduates welcome to apply

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business
- Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
- Excellent knowledge of traveling software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
