Technical Customer Success Consultant

The Communications Consultant is a mixed role of Professional Services and Technical support and is the first techical point of contact for our customers and partners.
You are a member of our consulting group that delivers configurable solutions to our end user customers / partners and are responsible for providing business critical technical support.
In addition, the position requires frequent interaction with Product Development and Professional Services, to deliver complete, comprehensive solutions and constant software and process improvement.
In the role of a Communications Consultant you will:
- Manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables and timelines of projects are met.
- Gather requirements, create functional designs, do user acceptance testing, issue resolution, installation, and training.
- Perform the full technical configuration required for the deployment of our solutions.
- Collaborate frequently with the project team to ensure the successful implementation of the solutions.
- Proactively mitigate project issues and risks
- Work closely with project manager to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Provide telephone and/or Web based technical support for Kofax products
- Participate in standby for 24x7 support
Required Experience
- A bachelor's degree or similar in computer science, computer information systems or related experience.
- Min 2 years of experience equivalent to Consultation work in the tech space
- Independent and able to solve problems on the go
- Result-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Able to work on weekends when/if require
