**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement plans for sales and profitability enhancement in Shoes & Leather Goods.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor sales associates, fostering a customer-focused and high-performance culture.
- Manage daily store operations for the Shoes & Leather Goods section, ensuring organization and visual appeal.
- Oversee inventory levels, collaborating with relevant departments for seamless replenishment.
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Analyze sales trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective strategies to achieve targets.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising team to create visually appealing displays.
- Collaborate with other departments and store management for overall store success and cohesion.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years in retail management, focusing on Shoes & Leather Goods. Department store experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, proven track record of exceeding performance objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities for operational challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant retail management software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
