1. To assist Sales Executive and Sales Manager preparing the Floor Plan and Event Order (EO);
2. To take minutes of meeting during Sales Meeting;
3. To alert and to follow up with the respective departments on Leaflet/ Brochures stocks, Stationery items, forms, E-Mail, Gadget/ PC down and etc;
4. To assist in booth set up in any exhibition event participations in SACC;
5. To assist Director of Sales & Marketing in secretarial duties for e.g. received letter/fax on behalf, appointment/ meeting setting and notifications;
6. To make reservation and necessary arrangements for Sales Staff going outstation;
7. To submit Telephone/ Walk-In Enquiries Report on every 1st day of the month;
8. To submit Sent Quotation Report on every 1st of the Month;
9. To alert all Sales Staff on the Report required to be submitted a week before submission date;
Job Tasks (Duties)

1. To provide administrative and clerical support for Sales Department for e.g. typing correspondence, filing systems are in proper order, room booking for Sales Meeting and etc;
2. To attend to telephone and walk-in enquiries and to update the information in the system/ form for Sales Executive/ Sales Manager further action;
3. To update the necessary information on the white board;
4. To prepare and sent the Quotation on behalf of the Sales Executive and Manager;
5. Perform other duties as directed by the Superiors from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
