**1.0 RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1.1 **Administers and lead all subordinates in the smooth execution of Environmental Services programs in the facility.

**1.2 **Develops and implements staff training and development plans to provide cross training of employees, specific job related training and other approaches to provide opportunities for staff flexibility and development.

**1.3 **Plans, schedules, coordinate, and assign work and establish goals and priorities for subordinate employees to ensure the attainment of desired end results.

**1.4 **Investigates complaints or problems and takes appropriate action to correct problem areas.

**1.5 **Manages conflicts, diffuses tension and builds a cohesive team environment.

**1.6 **Assists in budget planning, implementation and control within the division.

**1.7 **Develops and monitors work teams, or units and assigns staff to efficiently and effectively accomplish the division’s goals and objectives.

**1.8 **Implements policies and procedures developed by higher-level managers or superiors. Assist in developing, recommending and coordinating the implementation of new procedures for the assigned functions or unit.

**1.9 **In the absence of the Facility Manager, conduct joint review meeting (JRM) with customer. Prepare and distribute minutes of meeting to appropriate personnel.

**1.10 **Assists in the preparation of the Annual Performance Review for facility in collaboration with Head Office for annual submission to customer. Responsible for the continuous compilation of facility activities that include brief history and photographs to support the APR selection process.

**1.11 **Assist client in preparation of external audit such as MSQH, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, MOH and etc.

**1.12 **Represents the company in the highest possible manner at all time.

**1.13 **Take care of staff and own health and safety.

**1.14 **Participate in OSH training, campaign and promotional sessions.

**1.15 **Understand and follow the company's OSH policy.

**1.16 **Report any job related injuries, strains or illnesses as a result of doing your job to the superior.

**1.17 **To participate in risk, safety, quality, environmental and business continuity activities of the organization.

**1.18 **Performs other duties as required by superior.

**2.0 QUALIFICATIONS**:
**2.1 **Minimum qualification of STPM or equivalent or 3 years’ experience in customer service industry. Recognized Diploma in relevant field is an added advantage.

**2.2 **Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia with the ability to communicate at all levels.

**2.3 **Must have drive and enthusiasm, firm and self-motivated.

**2.4 **Must be familiar with Windows and MS Office.

**2.5 **Must have strong management capability and personality.

**2.6** Possess own transport and willing to travel

**2.7** Have healthcare experience will be added advantages

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
