**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **To overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing and shipping, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff.**
- **Managing inventory, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.**

**- Effectively plan and allocate resources in order to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime.**

**- Monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations.**

**- To coordinate with logistics/procurement/supply chain department to effectively manage and prioritize incoming and outgoing shipments.**

**- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.**

**- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards.**

**- Manage and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution.**

**- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement.**

**- To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required.**
- **Requirements**:_

**- SPM/Diploma or equivalent with working experience in warehouse/supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.**

**- Proficient in warehouse management system (WMS) and other relevant software will be an added advantage.**

**- Sound knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and shipping procedures, as well as inventory control techniques.**

**- Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.**

**- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**

**- Strong organizational and time management skills.**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
