Position: Centre Manager
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

**Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Management**:

- Provide guidance and leadership to staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Train, and supervise teaching and support staff, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote professional growth and development.

**Educational Program Management**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of diverse learners.

**Child Welfare and Safety**:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, staff, and visitors, adhering to health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Implement emergency procedures and protocols to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
- Monitor and assess the well-being and developmental progress of each child, collaborating with staff and parents as needed.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Cultivate strong relationships with parents, providing regular communication and opportunities for involvement in their child's education.
- Organize and facilitate parent workshops, events, and meetings to promote family engagement and partnership.
- Collaborate with community organizations, schools, and stakeholders to enhance resources and support for the centre.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Ensure accurate records and documentation related to enrolment, attendance, staff credentials, and other administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate class schedules and manage rescheduling as needed.
- Develop and maintain class timetables and adjust schedules, as necessary.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education (only)**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development principles, curriculum design, and educational best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff, parents, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and administrative tasks.

Basic: RM 4,000 - RM7,000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

- **Diploma in early childhood education is A MUST**:

- Age preferred within 30-40.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

- Managerial or leadership: 1 year (required)
