**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring attendance records and partially on payroll
- Handling foreign workers permit renewal and hostel maintenance
- Handling maintenance of office supplies, equipment and building
- Monitoring security guard, postage mail, courier services and stock control
- Provide administration support and employee welfare arrangement

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Minimum SPM
- Able to liaise with **Mandarin** speaking counterpart
- Knowledge in computer literate
- Minimum 1 year related working experience
