Account Executive

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle full sets of accounts and prepare monthly management report.
- Involve in Inventory activities and ensure the closing stock report is accurate.
- Prepare yearly audit schedules and handle audit & tax queries.
- Process and prepare payment to vendors.
- Handle staff claim, petty cash and reimbursement.
- Assist in HR and office admin where necessary.
- Other duties/ ad hoc as and when assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Professional Accounting qualification from recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of Account or Finance related working experience.
- Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as a team.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
