**ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE ( MANDARIN SPEAKING ) - KOTA TINGGI, JOHOR**

**Job Scope (Brief)**
- Assist the Accounts Manager to manage the company’s accounts

**Job Scope (Detailed)**
- Process and reconcile daily bank deposits
- Review and reconcile accounts payable and process payments to suppliers and other vendors
- Maintain updated records of invoices (supplier and customer) and statement of accounts
- Perform purchase invoice in accounting system for delivered products
- Contact customers and send reminders to ensure timely payments
- Facilitate monthly book-keeping by outsourced accounting firm
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
- Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

**Salary**
- RM2,200 to RM2,500 (based on work experience and qualification)

**Requirements**:

- Female
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Chinese (preferred)
- Proficiency in computer skills
- .Certification and work experience in related field is preferred though on job training will be provided.

**Working Hours**
- 8am to 6pm
- 5.5 work days/week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
