**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Experience in managing/handling full set of accounts for trading company
- Knowledge in Autocount Software will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel
- Strong communication skills, and ability to present findings in a thoughtful and concise manner
- Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Handle full set of accounts for trading company including preparing monthly financial statements, account payables, account receivables, general ledger, bank reconciliation, inventory costing and other accounting function
- Responsible for month end closing and monthly management report
- Perform accounting analysis for accruals, account payables, account receivables and reconciliations. Provide appropriate accounting information to management when needed.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers
- Assist in setting up internal control
- Ensure accounting records are compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as when assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
