Job Description
**1. Raise Purchase Requisition (PR) and follow-up until Purchase Order (PO) is fully approved for facilities-related expenses;**
**2. Assist to process and track all facilities-related invoices and payments in a timely manner;**
**3. Maintaining and keeping all facilities reports up-to-date;**
**4. Filing of important documents, contracts and licenses in both physical and electronic forms;**
**5. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to provide support on facilities services required;**
**6. Assist in conducting facilities audit i.e reviewing quality of cleaning, pest control, landscape, etc in all locations.;**
**7. Assist in technical excellence documentation i.e preparation of best practices documents, standard operating procedures, etc.;**
**8. Initiate discussions with other departments when specific/technical inputs is required for facilities/technical excellence-related matters;**
**9. Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by the company as and when required; and**
**10. Practise the Allstar Values at all times, ie People First, Dare To Dream, Make It Happen, Safety Always, ONE AIRASIA, Guest-Obsessed.**
**Requirements**:
**1. Bachelor degree (in any field)**
**2. Preferable 1-2 years experience in office administration/facilities management**
**3. Able to communicate effectively with the team**
**4. Able to cope with a fast-working environment**
