**Responsibilities**:

- Need to meet KPI set by the company for that financial year - To meet revenue target set by Stratus & to meet profit margin goal set by the company.
- To build 10 committed FOCUS Business Partners on Stratus Solutions.
- To perform seeding & closure for all Enterprise, Commercial, GLC and Public Sector.
- To establish a strong, long-term business partner/client relationship.
- Must be able to drive/execute the business strategies set by both management & principal successfully.
- Able to propose/suggest innovative ideas & solutions to meet market needs.
- Must be able to handle business partner/client complaints & issues on a timely & effective manner.
- Must be able to identify, approach & recruit new potential business partners/clients.
- Prepare a monthly/weekly sales pipeline.
- Need to perform quarter sales review & account planning with principal.
- To convince & influence business partner/client during requirement gathering to adopt our proposal.
- Up-sell & cross-sell on our distributed products.
- Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning, pricing and sales enablement to business partners.

**Qualifications**:

- Education : At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/IT.
- Experience : 2+ years of experience in business development environment.
- Good knowledge or certification of any x86 products.
- Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders including technical and non-technical audiences.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
