【服务内容】

1.电话协助餐厅接单，并在系统输入订单信息以传输给餐厅备餐；如有必要时更新菜单

2.协同其他部门完成业务服务及协助所指派的其他临时任务

[Service Content]

1.Receive customer orders over the phone and enter them into the computer system for restaurant submission；update menu when required.

2.Service with other departments to complete business tasks and provide support for additional ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

【合作要求条件】

1.性别不限，具备积极的心态和良好的客户服务意识

2.由于业务需求，服务对象主要以中英文为主，需具备良好的中英文（普通话或广东话）书面和口头表达能力

3.能主动承担服务职责并当遇到问题后能及时汇报反馈

4.能够独立服务，有团队合作的能力

5.能熟练操作基础办公软件，如EXCEL、WORD等

6.有餐饮相关经验优先

3.Able to take initiative in fulfilling job responsibilities and promptly report and address issues as they arise.

4.Able to service independently while also demonstrating strong team collaboration skills.

5.Proficient in basic office software, such as Excel, Word, etc.

6.Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.

【合作服务费用】

★30RM/H

【合作服务时间】

★每天服务时长6-8小时，一周最长服务时长为40-44小时，具体服务时间按实际服务需要安排，有特殊情况可申请临时调配服务时间

★服务时间：

早班服务时间为：周一至周日7:00~16:00

晚班服务时间为：周一至周日23:00~8:00

[Cooperation Service Hours]

★The weekly service duration is 6 to 8 hours per day, with a maximum service of 40-44 hours per week.Specific service times will be scheduled based on actual service needs, and temporary adjustments may be requested in special circumstance.

★Service Hours:
Early shift service time : Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Late shift service time: Monday to Sunday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
