A high-end restaurant in Kuala Lumpur that serves offering Chinese dishes, tea and services, mainly deals in Guangdong and Sichuan cuisines. **工作简介 Job Description**:

- 接待和欢迎客人：负责迎接到访的顾客，提供热情友好的服务，确保客人感受到良好的欢迎氛围；Reception and Welcome Guests: Responsible for welcoming arriving guests, providing warm and friendly service, ensuring guests feel a welcoming atmosphere；
- 管理服务团队：负责管理大堂服务人员，包括服务员、迎宾员等，安排工作任务，培训新员工，并监督他们的表现以确保高效率和高标准的服务；Team Management: Responsible for managing the front-of-house staff, including servers, greeters, etc., assigning work tasks, training new employees, and supervising their performance to ensure efficient and high-standard service；
- 维护餐厅秩序：负责协调和管理大堂的运营，包括安排座位，维护餐桌整洁，确保就餐环境的舒适和整洁；Maintain Restaurant Order: Responsible for coordinating and managing the operation of the front-of-house, including seating arrangements, maintaining clean tables, ensuring a comfortable and tidy dining environment；
- 处理客人投诉：负责处理客人的投诉和意见反馈，确保及时解决问题并提供满意的解决方案，以保持客户满意度；Handling Guest Complaints: Responsible for addressing guest complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution of issues, and providing satisfactory solutions to maintain customer satisfaction；
- 协调各部门工作：与厨房、服务和后勤等部门密切合作，确保菜品的准时送达，客户的需求得到满足，并且餐厅运营的各个方面协调顺畅；Coordinate Departmental Work: Work closely with kitchen, service, and logístical departments to ensure timely delivery of dishes, meet customer needs, and coordinate smooth operation of the restaurantl；
- 控制成本和库存管理：负责监督餐厅的日常开支，包括员工工资、材料采购等，并确保在预算范围内进行有效的成本控制和库存管理；Cost Control and Inventory Management: Responsible for overseeing the restaurant's daily expenses, including staff wages, material procurement, etc., and ensuring effective cost control and inventory management within budget；
- 提升销售和客户体验：与营销团队合作，制定并执行吸引客户的销售策略，提升客户体验，增加客户满意度和忠诚度；Improve Sales and Customer Experience: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies to attract customers, enhance customer experience, increase customer satisfaction, and loyalty；
- 领导团队：激励和指导团队成员，建立良好的团队合作氛围，确保员工的工作积极性和团队凝聚力；Team Leadership: Motivate and guide team members, establish a good team cooperation atmosphere, ensure employee motivation, and team cohesion；
- 遵守卫生和安全规定：确保餐厅遵守卫生和安全标准，包括食品安全、消防安全等，保障员工和客人的健康与安全；Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in the restaurant, including food safety, fire safety, etc., to ensure the health and safety of employees and guests；
- 提供管理报告：向上级领导提交餐厅运营的相关报告，包括销售情况、客户反馈、员工表现等，以便及时评估和调整经营策略。Provide Management Reports: Submit relevant reports on restaurant operations to senior management, including sales, customer feedback, employee performance, etc., for timely evaluation and adjustment of business strategies.
