**Job Summary 主要工作职责**:
To maintain a high standard of all Chinese food preparation, service and hygiene in his respective Kitchens, according to the standards required by the management.

按照饭店管理标准,在中餐食品的准备工作、服务和卫生方面保持各自厨房的高标准。确保为客人提供的食品保持质量、味道和颜色的始终如一。

**Key Areas 主要方面**:
a) Responsible for the food production and general supervision of the Chinese restaurants, Chinese Banquet Main Kitchen and food served in Banquet functions.

b) Responsible for the general supervision of the Chinese Kitchen and Chinese Food served in restaurant and Banquet functions.

**Requirements 要求**:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Chinese Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel.

In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients.
