Job Purpose: Managing and coordinating various marketing functions to maximize brand presence and generate sales leads. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in curating and executing effective marketing strategies primarily focusing on offline events and exhibitions, while also contributing to digital marketing initiatives. Job Descriptions - Collaborate closely with the Team Lead and senior management to execute the company’s strategic plans, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. - Liaise with Business Development, Customer Service, and Operations teams to gain insights into marketing requirements and create targeted strategies for products and services. - Lead proactive outreach efforts to identify and engage with potential clients, delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. - Support the customer service function to enhance the company's reputation and ensure a superior customer experience. - Take ownership of corporate branding events, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of activities that contribute to the project's overarching objectives. - Develop comprehensive offline marketing strategies, including planning and executing impactful events, exhibitions, Above and Below-The-Line (ATL/BTL) marketing activities. - Contribute to the formulation of digital marketing strategies in collaboration with the creative team, ensuring synergy across various digital platforms. - Take charge of content creation with a focus on creative development and precise management for all marketing initiatives, spanning websites, social media channels, and more. - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify and evaluate prevailing trends, market landscapes, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors. - Monitor and analyze Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across diverse industries, staying attuned to their business and marketing undertakings. - Identify and source relevant influencers, evaluating their suitability and potential alignment with client campaigns. - Foster and maintain positive relationships with influencers and online content creators, fostering productive collaborations. - Coordinate and manage influencer activities, including negotiation of terms and budget management, ensuring alignment with project goals. - Embrace a proactive approach and undertake ad hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a readiness to contribute across various marketing functions. Job Requirements - Minimum Diploma or above in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field - Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to create marketing content. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. - Proven experience in marketing roles with a strong emphasis on offline events, exhibitions, and ATL/BTL marketing strategies. - Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to achieve marketing goals. - Strong analytical skills for market research and trend analysis. - Demonstrated commitment to the company's values and mission. - Demonstrating Leadership mentality, qualities and disciplines.
