Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations which includes month end closing, preparing related journal entries and reconciliations, fixed assets register, account receivable, account payable.
- Review personal staff claims for each of the staffs and monthly expenses.
- Management and handling site office and staff accommodation tasks such as documentation, filing, correspondences, procurement of office services, office supplies and monitoring of the related contract renewals, and following up on pending matters.
- Storekeeping, record-keeping or data entry into financial, personnel and legal databases and records.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Project Manager and HQ.
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in related field.
- You will be mainly responsible for accounts and site office administration activities.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Appropriate skills with Accounting software and MS Office.
- Good command of spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
