Greeting customers and handle incoming phone calls with customers tactfully and in a polite manner.
- Communicate with customers about the vehicle repair needs and relay information to Technician.
- Consult with Technician about the needed repairs of vehicle and determine the repairs and relevant costs for the vehicle.
- Answering customers questions about the service outcome - informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protection.
- Managing the vehicle’s scheduling and work flow of service repairs.
- Issue cash sale billings after vehicle is repaired. Ensure settlement amount tally with receipts of credit card or debit card.
- Perform any other assigned tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
