1. Manage and handle full spectrum of daily Customer Service duties
2. Responsible of daily manpower planning & tasks assigning for the Customer Service Department
3. Manage the performance of the Customer Service Department in performing their day-to-day operational activities, ensuring quality and timeliness.
4. Responsible of communicating with the Customers & ensuring their requirements are fulfilled timely, correctly & completely by the Customer Service Department
5. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of Customer Service development (WMS system competency and performance management)
6. Continue to establish the communication with all Operation Departments to ensure smooth operation & system integrity at all time
7. Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.
8. Comply and assist in ensuring compliance with the Organizations health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) and other management system requirements e.g. ISO, GDP, FSSC, EMS, etc. Maintain and continually improve the systems, objective targets and legal requirements relevant to job responsibilities; and actively encourage the implementation of workplace improvements and continuously promote the concepts of the management system requirements among subordinate and peers.
9. Any others assignment from Management which is related to Company or career growth.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
