**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities**:
MARKETING SUPPORT
- Support the execution of customer marketing initiatives to ensure delivery of brand and market priorities through collaboration with marketing, commercial team, external partners
- Responsible for coordination and execution of in-store programs, POSM distribution, events, trade fairs and consolidation of activation reports
- Responsible for coordination and delivery of samples requests
- Responsible for coordination of winery visits, winemaker visit and schedules, virtual wine training sessions
- Support GWP and POSM operations including sourcing, bundling, ordering, managing production timeline, logistics and delivery to customers to ensure order accuracy and timely execution
- Responsible for delivering executional excellence and brand consistency across all channels through dissemination of latest/updated brand content and materials
- Support the data collection of market/competitor/product information for analysis related to Asia-led new product development and/or pack refresh initiatives

ADMINSTRATIVE SUPPORT
- Assist any administrative duties assigned such as asset/file-sharing with internal/external stakeholders and/or invoicing process

**About you**
- At least 4 years working experience in sales, marketing, or administration or operations function (wine and spirits industry experience is not an important factor but bonus)
- Experience in executing marketing/sales trade initiatives is preferred
- Demonstrate common sense in analysis, business and marketing functions
- Previous project management experience is a bonus (PMP certification is bonus)
- Familiar and knowledgeable of SEA markets (cultural nuances)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Highly disciplined individual with the ability to multi-task and execute project deliverables according to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and writing skills
- Meticulous, resourceful, and proactive
- Independent and fast learner with positive working attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in fast paced environment
- Advanced computer skills using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access)
