We are seeking a Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) whose primary focus is to support the business with their expertise, whether its an investment, OKRs and TOMs in a more strategic planning process, execution, strategic review, and performance, and coached team members in executing strategic initiatives, research

projects, communications, proposals, and collaborated with various departments..

To succeed in this role:

- Wearing the advisory hat to the business owners and respective HODs
- Drive and implement a more structured frameworks
- Responsible for creating strategies with the business owners to facilitate processes within an organization and must be able to perform various duties, including researching, project management and portfolio creation.
- Make viable recommendations to assist companies in reaching their goals.
- Analyse an organisation's goals and objective and suggest areas of improvements
- Passionate about the startup world and keeping abreast with industry trends in order to understand the ins and outs of a company to successfully create and present business strategies to the organisation's leadership and stakeholders.
- Create reports regarding strategies for review by senior management.
- Make presentations on the research conducted and its findings.
- Keep track of the effectiveness of strategies and make changes when necessary.
- At least 8 years of experience in a corporate or startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Blessed with people skill.
