**_The Position:_**

**_Responsibilities:_**
- Provide on-site and off-site technical assistance.
- Conduct product training to end user.
- Involve in ad-hoc projects.
- Resolve customer technical issues in a timely & professional manner.

**_Qualifications:_**
- Strong IT and troubleshooting skills.
- Possess excellent communication skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated & independent, customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal.
- skills, quick learner, and good team player.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult customers.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

- Applicants MUST possess good interpersonal skills with excellent customer service.

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer support: 2 years (preferred)
- troubleshooting and ability to resolve issues: 2 years (preferred)
