Purchasing Clerk

Assist in purchasing matters including Purchase Order (PO) preparation, matching document, request Invoice & Statement.
Internal and external operation coordination
- Handle hardcopy documents filing system.
- Assist in report compilation.
- Required to travel to site for work progress assessment and stock take.
- Always support & cooperate with team members in completing tasks.
- Any ad-hoc task that is assigned by the Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**
- Required knowledge (s): Microsoft office; Autocount
- **Required language(s): English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be an added advantage. ** Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- **Good interpersonal and strong negotiation skill.**:
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- **Ability to manage workload, prioritize effectively and adhere to deadlines**
Pay: RM1,464.08 - RM3,773.04 per month
