- Ensures safety by following guest check in and security procedures and reporting suspicious activity to Security, Manager or HOD.
- Ensure Front Office log book and hotel log book is always updated and auctioned upon.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities, etc.
- Perform night audit and reports
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
- Have up to date information on daily room occupancy.
- Maintain up to date information on room rates, current promotions, offer and packages.
- Cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal are required. Other foreign language is an advantage
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Hospitality and Front Office roles
- Good communicator, independent with good organization, leadership and multitasking skills, with the passion to deliver quality work while meeting tight deadlines
- Applicants **MUST** be willing to work in Kota Warisan, Sepang.
- Applicants **MUST** be flexible in working hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
