**Job Scope**
- Performing quality inspections on meats and other products.
- Cutting and boning a carcass;
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Discussing different cuts with customers, including how to cook and safely store them;
- Keeping their working environment safe and storing meat in accordance with health and safety legislation;
- Maintaining business records and budgets.
- Train the meat staff on the cutting skills.
**Job Requirement**
- Basic knife skills and Safety
- Meat Identification and Cuts.
- Major areas of the carcass include: Butts, Ribs, Loins, Flanks, Chucks, Briskets and variety cuts. (Beef, Pork, Lamb and Poultry)
- Meat Handling and Safety
- Advanced Butchery Techniques. (Sausage making, Curing Smoking Meats)
- Retail Butchery Skills (Customer service & meat display)
- Sustainability and Ethics in Butchery
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
