- ** Job Description**: 1. Presentation from IT perspectives for BAU and any new projects
2. Liaising with team member, users and IT partner on products or related projects involved
3. To assist IT team in providing L2 and L3 support for project related issues and CRs.
4. To participate in business discussion with users in providing technical resolution to users.
5. Technical document write ups as where and when required.
- ** Requirement**:

- Qualification:
Degree in Computer Science and equivalent
**Experience**:
1. Working experience in Telco enviroment.
- Responsible for overseeing the work and output of the development project

2. Min. 2 to 5 years experience in software development and design in any of the below stack:
Programming Language
- C/C++, PHP, MySQL, Linux, Unix
- eTOM framework would be advantage
- Knowledge in system integration & back end system development in legacy system
- Good knowledge in multi threading concurrency processing
- VOIP, SS7 and E1 technology would be advantage

Abilities & Skills Required
1. Quality mindset paired with critical thinking and attention to detail
2. Good understanding in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
3. Good written and spoken English
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Good communication skills for coordinating work and sharing information about the project.
6. To support company sales team in presales activities and presentations.
