**Key responsibilities**:
Manage the Director schedule and calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangement.

Schedule monthly car service for the Director

Arrange car schedule from Langkawi to Kuala Lumpur for the Director.

Monitor and follow up on work matters and provide updates and recommendations to the Director as needed.

Manage confidential information and documents related to the Director works.

Work closely and effectively with the Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and schedule, and follows up appropriately.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.

**Qualification and Experience**:
Excellent written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills

Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience

Posses own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Ability to be flexible, proactive, multi-tasking, initiative, and detail-oriented person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,407.95 per month
