**Travel Arrangements**: Personal assistants handle all aspects of travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. They may also create detailed itineraries.

**Meeting Support**: They may prepare agendas, attend meetings with the CEO, take notes, and follow up on action items. Personal assistants often play a critical role in ensuring that meetings run smoothly.

**Document Management**: This involves organizing and managing documents, files, and important information. They may also help with document preparation and proofreading.

**Project Assistance**: Personal assistants may be involved in various projects, including research, data analysis, and report preparation. They help ensure that projects stay on track.

**Expense Management**: They may be responsible for tracking and managing the CEO's expenses, including reimbursement requests and budget monitoring.

**Personal Tasks**: Some personal assistants may assist with the CEO's personal affairs, such as managing personal appointments, family events, or other personal responsibilities.

**Liaison Role**: Personal assistants often act as a liaison between the CEO and other employees, clients, and external partners, facilitating effective communication.

**Confidentiality**: Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality is essential, as personal assistants may have access to sensitive information.
