**Jobs Scope & Responsibilities**:
- Multitask and can manage time effectively
- Draft and maintain a record of payment vouchers and receipts
- Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required
- Preparing financial documents such as invoices, tax filling &, etc.
- Organize customer contracts and evaluate all agreements and invoice
- Prepare reports of payrolls on monthly
- Assist with month-end closing and inventory control
- Keep a proper record of vendor files/invoices and bank statement
- Ensure timely checking of all financial records
- Handle a variety of accounting tasks including tally and bookkeeping
- Through examining any questionable financial transaction
- Coordinate with another department for smooth functioning
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting software/HR software like SQL & Quick pay HR System
- Ability to maintain secrecy and confidentially
