Operation Admin

Manage & Record all the outlet operation matters.
- Assist to prepare and maintain standard operations process (SOPs) of all the outlets to ensure SOPs is duly comply by all the outlet crew.
- Monitor all the outlet extra expenses and daily cash flow.
- Plan & Schedule work shift for outlet staffing.
- Monitor outlets stock inventory and issue delivery order.
- Conduct periodic outlets inspection is conducted promptly and adequately,generate inspection report to Operation Management.
- Identification and report any issue that may effect outlet sales or online delivery services,and propose solutions to promptly address operation problems.
- Monitor staffing work status for all outlets staff ensure adequately with experience staff.
- Ensure new joined staff receive the correct job instructions.
- Monitor performance of all the outlets and ensure actions in place to address outlet staff issues promptly.
- Assist in new outlet opening,included new outlet renovation,ordering of outlet equipment,new staff training.
- Make sure planned campaign has been duly communicate to all the outlet properly.
- To assist report generate and present outlet operation issues finding and insights.
- Assist to monitor all the outlets performance in food delivery platform.
- Perform any ad-hoc task requested by immediate superior.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any field.
- 1 -3 years related working experience
- Positive work attitude, resourceful and able to work independently.
- Leadership, Proactive, innovative, outgoing, energetic, strong interpersonal, result-oriented and communication skills.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin speaking preferable.
- Familiar with google sheet, excel, word, pptx
- Follow working schedule / transferable / work during public holiday and weekend.
- On working 5 days week
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
