**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for full set of accounting include accounts payable and accounts receivable
- G/L account audit to ensure accurate posting and complete,
- Monitor and process incoming payment
- Process orders and Invoices
- Process bi-monthly Payroll
- Monthly bank statement reconciliation
- Monthly and annually financial reports
- Monthly and annually forecasting and budgetary
- Document filing
- Other related accounting tasks will be assigned as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years full set of accounting experience in the related field is required for this position
- Problem solving, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft word, excel and outlook
- Strong analytical skills and presentation skills, highly motivated, results-oriented & good attention to detail.
- Self-motivated personality with mature attitude and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work with tight timelines and has the sense of urgency.
