**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, set up, and liaise with relevant parties for all events/training to ensure everything is in order.
- Liaise with HQ on matters related to marketing, training, conventions, etc.
- Manage and coordinate events, including scheduling, setting agendas, and confirming participants.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Prepare and manage event files, ensuring all details are arranged, including location, time, and facilities.
- Monitor and update marketing promotions on social media and other platforms, including weekly posts from the Sales division.
- Ensure smooth workflow processes by coordinating with related departments.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and coordinate presentations and reports for meetings.
- Conduct periodic reviews of office procedures for efficiency.
- Monitor and obtain approval for all meeting room bookings from Team Leader/Associate.
- Order marketing promotion materials.
- Assist in all other assigned administrative duties.
- **Requirement**:

- Diploma / SPM certificate holder.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in event.
- Well verse in Microsoft Words, Excel, Google Sheet and social media platform.
- Language:

- Written - English, Bahasa Melayu and Chinese
- Spoken - English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good inter personal skill.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
